Terms & Conditions

1. Scope

1.1  This document outlines the Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) that apply to all services offered by Apex Deals Networking through its web application, website, or any other digital or offline platform owned or operated by Apex Deals Networking.

1.2  The term “Services” refers to all offerings related to farmland discovery, farmhouse projects, land verification, due diligence support, site visit coordination, documentation guidance, and any other assistance provided to users.

2. Ownership & Content

2.1  Users grant Apex Deals Networking the right to access, review, and verify property-related information shared through the platform for the purpose of enabling land discovery, due diligence, or service delivery.

2.2  Users retain ownership of any personal or property-related documents uploaded for verification. Apex Deals Networking will not reuse, distribute, or repurpose this content for any purpose beyond service delivery.

2.3  Apex Deals Networking retains all rights to the platform, including its technology, interface design, content, and proprietary tools, except where explicitly transferred to the user.

2.4  Upon successful completion of any paid service, users retain all rights to the property-related reports, documentation summaries, or deliverables shared with them.

3. Payments

3.1  All services offered by Apex Deals Networking may be subject to service fees, which will be communicated prior to commencement and must be mutually agreed upon.

3.2  Certain services, such as documentation support or expert consultations, may require advance payment before initiation.

3.3  Payment schedules may be created upon request and must be mutually agreed upon by both parties.

3.4  For scheduled payments, service delivery may be paused if the user fails to make any due payment on time.

3.5  All payments must be made through approved channels such as UPI, bank transfer, credit/debit cards, or any method specified by Apex Deals Networking.

3.6  Payments once made will not be refunded for services already delivered or efforts already undertaken.

4. Service & Support

4.1  Apex Deals Networking reserves the right to use its own systems, third-party tools, or verification partners to process property information, conduct due diligence checks, or manage service delivery.

4.2  After delivering a service or report, Apex Deals Networking may offer limited support for a defined period (e.g., 7–14 days), unless the user purchases ongoing support or maintenance services.

5. Termination

5.1  These Terms become effective as soon as a user accesses or interacts with the platform or initiates a service request. The agreement is considered completed once services are delivered, unless mutually extended or terminated.

5.2  The agreement remains valid until all pending payments from the user are completed.

5.3  Either party may choose to discontinue a service through mutual discussion, subject to payment for work already completed.

6. Legal Compliance

6.1  All disputes, claims, or legal matters arising out of these Terms shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.

7. Liability & Warranty

7.1  Apex Deals Networking does not provide warranty for third-party tools, government systems, or verification platforms used during land checks or documentation processes.

7.2  Apex Deals Networking is not responsible for inaccuracies caused by external data sources, seller-provided documents, government records, or third-party service providers.

7.3  Users understand that farmland-related information is dependent on publicly available data, government records, seller disclosures, and site conditions; Apex Deals Networking is not liable for discrepancies beyond its control.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

8.1  All platform content, branding, UI/UX design, technology, and digital assets belong to Apex Deals Networking unless explicitly stated otherwise.

8.2  Users may access and use platform content for personal or investment-related purposes but may not copy, distribute, or recreate any part of the platform without written permission.
